Legendary, ethereal, mysterious, sensuous, transcendent—these are just a few words that capture the essence of Domaine de la Romanée Conti, commonly known as DRC. For over two centuries, no other wine has captivated the imagination quite like DRC. Its grapes are cultivated along a slender ribbon of vineyards in the Cote de Nuits, in the heart of the Côte-d'Or's red wine region, Vosne-Romanée.

DRC is co-owned by the de Villaine and Leroy/Roch families, and the Domaine boasts a remarkable collection of top vineyards in Vosne-Romanée. This includes the monopole Romanée-Conti, arguably the most coveted terroir on the planet, and La Tache, another monopole that can rival Romanée-Conti in certain vintages, though in a distinct style. DRC also holds significant parcels in Grand Crus such as Richebourg, Romanée-Saint-Vivant, Grands-Echézeaux, Echézeaux, and Montrachet. In 2009, DRC introduced a blended Corton, and in 2019, a Corton-Charlemagne made its debut, sourced from grapes leased from Domaine Bonneau du Martray. Additionally, DRC produces the Vosne-Romanée Premier Cru Duvault Blochet, a special cuvée blending all of DRC’s Grand Crus except Romanée-Conti.
