Based on the 2021 vintage, with reserve wine from 2020. From a tiny vineyard that is worked by a horse, co-mingling several varieties including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Blanc and more. This spent 4 years on fine lees, utilizing manual riddling, and the dosage is just 5 grams per liter. There is a subtle chalkiness, minerality and loveliness with palatable harmony from attack through finish here.
